NIMBUS ENGINEERING INC

Nimbus engineering Inc is a IoT company located in San Francisco, California, USA. We have two typies of triple junction GaAs solar cell, one is for space use and one for ground use. 

Nimbus was interested in our ground use GaAs solar cell 17mm*17mm and purchased 100psc for first trial order in May. Now the solar cell has arrived in Nimbus and under testing.
